Data Design Specifications
Prior to collecting data, the stakeholders developed a design paradigm against which data from the field would be obtained. This set the stage for the data collection and eventual analysis of the findings.

UNFFE Report (2021)
The assignment between FAO and UNFFE had four major outputs, however this particular report covers mainly the last two assisgnment outputs implemented between November 2020 and May 2021. The first outputs were reported in the first progress report they included: Output 1, the collection of secondary data and developement of a fact sheet, output 2 included the revision of information sheets and training of enumerators in data collection methodology using the refined mobile phone application. While output 3 includes lists of data base and map functions developed and shared, output 4 is a synthesis report of main results of the base line mapping. The list of desire data base and map function is shared as a separate document together with this report. The report consists of brief introduction of the assignment, the methodology/ steps followed in execution of this assignement and later focuses on the data collection which is the last major activity to report on under this assignemnt
NSYEA User Manual
The NSYEA Monitoring Database system was developed from Information Sheets/NSYEA Indicators whose development was a joint effort undertaken by all stakeholders. The system is cloud-based and will be accessible through a web browser by visiting the URL:https://nsyea.trailanalytics.com/, complemented by a Mobile App to enable the capture or entry of data with the provision for different types of users and roles. The manual provides guidance to different users on topics such as "Intervention Management", "Data Collection" and more.
